iHub at DICE  is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that foster community inclusion and impact via innovative programs, which focus on the environmental, societal, and community impact by following the UN's SDG guideline. The current target areas includes: youth leadership, woman empowerment, and health equity.

Jaclyn Lee

Jaclyn Lee, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, MS, is a 2018 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Honoree. As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Advocate, Change Enablement Champion, and Business Strategist, Jaclyn has worked with the leading enterprises in the U.S. and Asia to create high-impact and sustainable changes in workplaces and communities.

 

Jaclyn brings her 20+ years of business experience to pursue her passion in Business Impact and Inclusion Consulting by founding D-I-C-E Consulting and co-founding iHub.

Board of Director
Prof. Authur Wang

Dr. Arthur Wang is a college professor with two Ph.D in Mathematical Sciences, one from US and one from China. He published dozens of research papers in world-leading journals. He has taught math and computer science for thousands of students both in US and China, many of which are successful IT pioneers and experts.

 

He has a passion to help youths to succeed in education and career and has chaired many non-profit organizations such as Parents Children Education Club, and Shandong Fellowship Association of NJ  telecommunicating, and the pharmaceutical industries.

Youth Leadership & Woman Empowerment
Grace Ren

Grace Ren is a  junior at Montgomery High School and is interested in possibly pursuing computer science or business in the near future. She participates and holds leadership positions in various school clubs, such as the Future Business Leaders of America Club (FBLA) and the American Red Cross Club, combining both her passion and willingness to get involved in making sure the members enjoy their high school club experiences.

Youth Leadership
Sophia Wang

Sophia Wang is a rising freshman at Northeastern University majoring in business administration and psychology. She participated in Masterclass 2020 and monitored the auditions and registrations in Masterclass 2023. She is the current president of the United States of America Toastmaster Gavel Club. In her free time, Sophia enjoys hanging out with friends and exploring new places.

Web Development
and Design
Angelina Xi

Angelina Xi is a junior at Montgomery High School. She is interested in art and game design, an experienced UI/UX web designer and graphic designer. She is active in the National Art Honors Society. Angelina has won numerous art awards,including the Gold Key award and American Vision Nominee from Scholastic's Art and Writing competition. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer and gives back to the community, and mentors younger students.
