Our Youth Speakers

Jonny Chen

Jonny is 17 years old and a rising 12th grader. He has been heavily involved with public speaking since last year. Jonny's first interaction with Toastmasters occurred around August of 2019 when he attended a mandarin adult toastmasters club. Following some initial practice there, he helped found a new Gavel Club and became the first president of the "Speak Up" Gavel Club.

Jenny Fan

Jenny is a junior who has been a member of her Toastmasters club for 5 years. She has gained valuable skills as a speaker and a leader and continues to find ways to develop these skills. She is passionate about helping others and solving problems and hopes to become an emblem of positivity as she continues her search for self.

Jennifer Gu

Jennifer Gu is a rising Sophomore in Montgomery High School. She’s the current president of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club, and the Princeton Learning Experience Gavel Club. Her initial goal was to become more confident and improve her public speaking skills. Now, she’s eager to help others achieve their own public speaking goals by running her own Toastmasters club at the Princeton Learning Experience.

Grace Ren

Grace Ren is a 15 year old high school student attending Montgomery High School in New Jersey. She likes to bake and play violin during her free time. She has been an active member of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club for three years and her initial goal was to improve her communication skills and to become a more confident speaker. Through Toastmasters, she has successfully achieved her goals and learned important leadership skills during the process.

Sophia Wang

Sophia Wang is an upcoming sophomore at Millburn High School. She enjoys figure skating and playing the flute. Sophie is also currently a member of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club.

Sophie Wang

Sophie Wang is 15 years old and she is a sophomore at Montgomery High School. She’s been a part of Toastmasters for 3 years. One of her favorite things to do is baking and she also loves to bullet journal.

Aaron Xi

Alissa Wu

Aaron Xi is a rising junior in Montgomery High School. He is an officer of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club and has learned many valuable public speaking skills through his time in the club.

Angelina Xi

Angelina is a rising 10th grader attending MHS. She enjoys activities such as drawing and playing the violin. Angelina is also currently part of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club
