Senior Director, Employee and Executive Communications AIG Life & Retirement Susan Lynn leads AIG Life & Retirement’s employee communication programs, including internal communications for the business’s CEO, to engage employees as brand ambassadors and drive a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. Susan has over 20 years of progressive responsibility in corporate communications, with expertise in strategic communication planning, executive communications, internal communications, media relations and change management. Prior to joining AIG in 2016, Susan was Director of Communications for Assurant Health, where she provided strategic communication planning and consulting for the company’s CEO and Executive Management Committee. She previously held communications management roles at Schwarz Pharma, Inc. and Andersen Consulting. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a Master of Science in Special Education from Concordia College New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Concordia University Wisconsin.

Jamie Yeh, is a 20 year veteran in the field of emergency management and law enforcement relations. currently serving as Director of Training and Administration with New Jersey Asian American Law Enforcement Officers Association, Director of International Police Affairs with Institute of Asian Crime and Security, as well as Liaison Officer with Taiwan Law Enforcement Regional Task Force in New York City. His other governmental responsibilities and involvements, include Ambassador of Diversity & Inclusion with New Jersey State Police, Class Coordinator of NJSP Citizens Academy, Advisory Board Member of New Jersey Attorney General’s C.L.E.A.R. Marc Williams is a finalist from the World Championship of Public Speaking, as well as a coach, author, TEDx Talker, and entrepreneur. Growing up in the streets of Brooklyn with a medicaid card and a book of food stamps, he lived in poverty but dreamed in abundance. Despite the trials and trauma he's been through, people call him "one of the most positive people you will ever meet." Tiffany Woo is the Executive Director, R&D Operational Business Development and Alliance Management and Global Lead, Asia Pacific Association, Employee Resource Group of Organon, a spinoff of Merck dedicated to Women’s Health.  Previously, she was the Director, Translational Pharmacology Clinical Operations at Merck and Global Lead, Merck Asia Pacific Association Employee Business Resource Group. 
She was recently received the 2021 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award from the Asian American Business Development Center.  She was also awarded the 2021 Women of Color in Pharma Trailblazer Award and included in the 2020 and 2021 Top 100 EMpower Ethnic Minority Future Leaders Lists and was ranked #5 in 2020.  She has over 25 years of clinical research experience and has contributed to the launch of new and innovative healthcare products. Her D&I work focuses on developing global strategies to support the Asian community.  She has lectured at various conferences such as EmERGe and Ascend on D&I, breaking the “bamboo ceiling” and adopting Asian values in the Western workplace.  Tiffany is also the Vice President of the Columbia University Alumni Club of NY and Advisor for the Asian Columbia Alumni Association and is an active ally for Asian alumni and colleagues.

Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Eric Lee currently serves as Vice President Corporate Strategy for the Estee Lauder Companies.  In this role, Eric leads the Company’s strategic planning process, including the development, deployment and operationalization of the 10 year Compass and 3 year Corporate Strategy. Under Eric’s leadership, the Corporate Strategy team drives clarity on ELC’s strategic “Where to Play” and “How to Win” choices, closely monitors the competitive environment and industry landscape, and drives executional focus on key priorities in partnership with the leadership team, brands, regions, and functions.

Eric previously worked at Nike, where he held several strategy roles including leading the global Strategy & Business Development function for the Jordan Brand and Nike Global Strategic Planning. Eric also worked for 8 years at the Boston Consulting Group, driving strategic projects across the firm’s consumer, industrial and Financial Services practice areas.  
 
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Nagaraja Kumar Deevi is a senior strategic executive with over two decades of leadership experience in Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Board Advisory, GOverance, Culture, COnduct, Reputation, Banking Regulations, Digital Transformation and Technology enabled solutions, advising global banking and financial institutions. He is currenyl Managing Partner & Senior Advisor at DEEVI Advisory & Research Studies.

Nag works closely with cademia and research studies and is a board advisor for a number of startup companies, helping through knowledge sharing, solution apporach and Go-to-Market strategy. He closely associates with academics with advanced managment studies from Harvard, Columbia, NYU, Kellogg's and MIT. As a thought leader, and avid reader, Nag has published research white papers.

 

He has been invited as speaker to global conferences on important subject including - Digital Innovation and Strategy, and Enterrise-wide Risk GOverence Framework and Reputiational RIsk. He strongly believes in diversity and inclusion, and has a reputation for successfully leading and managing diverse, cross-functional, results-driven global teams.

Harmonie Ramsden

Ronald Taylor is Managing Director, Head of Diversity and Inclusion @Mizuho. In this role, he leads the firm’s efforts furthering a culture that benefits from diverse life experiences, viewpoints, and expertise. Taylor is based in New York, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

 

Most recently, Taylor was a Diversity Officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.  

 

He also was a Diversity/HR Consultant where he designed and implemented diversity and inclusion programs and resource networks for his clients.

 

Taylor began his professional career with KPMG in 1998 as an audit associate in the firm's New York office working primarily in the financial services area.  In 2002, Taylor joined the Workplace Solutions team as Northeast Regional manager - a newly formed role that integrated the firm's national work/life; community service; diversity and affirmative action programs. 

 

He earned his B.S. in Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and was the recipient of the Charles Hoff Leadership Scholarship for Community involvement. 

 

Taylor is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He is also a past member of Harlem’s Reviving Baseball in Inner cities (RBI) Board of Directors and St Anthony High School's Board of Trustees. Taylor served on the national board of directors and is a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants.

Mr. Wang has more than 27 years of extensive experience in financial service and accounting aspect, include corporate finance and treasury management, corporate accounting, manufacturing organization in the United States of America. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of the Board of Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. a NASDAQ listed company. Before that, he served as finance director or controller in different multinational companies, mainly in the Asia Pacific area. Mr. Wang is a professional accountant, having been a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountant since August 1995. Mr. Wang was awarded an Executive Master of Business Administration by Washington University in St. Louis in December 2004. In July 1993, he was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting by University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.

Nan Ge joined AIG in 2015 as part of the Technology Audit team and now has responsibilities for General Insurance Information Technology Audit coverage.

 

Prior to joining AIG, she worked at Morgan Stanley for 6 years, during which she had roles leading the Fixed Income Credit financial audit areas and Investment Management IT audit areas. Her over 17 years of audit experience also includes various IT Audit management roles at BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch, and United Parcel Services (UPS). Additionally, Nan started her career within the IT organization from Otis Elevator and UPS as application programmer, database administrator, and system analyst.

Nan has an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from New York University Stern Business School, Master of Science in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.  Nan is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Dr. Jian Liu is currently the chief scientific officer and site head at Eternity Bioscience Inc., the Hengrui Medicine Group US R&D center located in Cranbury New Jersey, in charge of the site operation and drug innovation for oncology, immunology and neuro degenerative diseases. Dr. Liu obtained a Ph.D. degree in organic and computational chemistry from UCLA. He joined the medicinal chemistry department in Merck Research Laboratory at Rahway site in February 2001. Dr. Liu has worked on and managed projects from target validation, lead identification, and lead optimization to generate multiple preclinical candidates which went to first in human, phase I, phase II clinic trials. Dr. Liu is an expert in drug discovery for many therapeutic areas such as osteoporosis, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, oncology and immunology, pain, and infection disease. Dr. Liu has published over 100 peer reviewed papers, patents, and patent applications. Dr. Liu volunteered as an Executive Council member of Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SAPA) and was the SAPA 25th president in 2018. He is currently a board of director member of SAPA. Dr. Liu was honored as the 2019 Outstanding 50 Asian American in Business awardee in New York City.
